About this apartment rental
An unforgettable stay for 4 people in the heart of Rome. The Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain are all within a 10-minute walk. Bright and cozy, located on the first floor of a historic building, it offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
The Maison is located in the Monti district, the oldest part of Rome. The entire area has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with wonderful outdoor cafes, restaurants, wine bars, pizzerias, and two excellent ice cream shops. All of ancient Rome’s main attractions are very close by.The apartment, on the first floor of the building, is spacious and comfortable. It consists of a large, lovely bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed; a large living room with a sofa bed and a big table; a fully equipped kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, utensils, oil, salt, sugar, coffee and a coffee maker, pots and pans), a large, very charming bathroom with a spacious shower and a bidet, Wi-Fi, and finally a private terrace
The apartment is just 100 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Basilica of Santa Prassede, famous for its ancient Byzantine mosaics, 200 meters from Termini Station (train, Metro Line A, and Metro Line B), and a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain.
The Vatican Museums can be reached in 10 minutes via Metro Line A.
Close to Via Nazionale, a 10-minute walk from 3chic maison - Rione Monti, is the Quirinale Palace, the residence of the President of the Italian Republic.
On Via Nazionale, there are many buses that go to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Campo de’ Fiori

The communication with the host was GREAT! We didn't have cell phone service while in Rome. He went above and beyond to help us by calling a place we wanted to visit to make sure they were open. He also arranged transportation to the airport for us and the driver was very professional. The property was located in a convenient area to the Roman Forum which is what we wanted. It even had a rooftop terrace to sit and enjoy some downtime. Overall, we were very pleased!

Solid apartment on the ground floor. Easy to get in and out. Our only complaint was the house number was not provided in advance, though the apartment was on a one-block long dead-end street, so it ended up being moot.
