The kitchen features a Sardinian granite countertop with 4 built-in burners and a double sink, a typical element of historic Alghero homes. Wi-Fi is included. The apartment is delivered clean and tidy. For any needs during your stay, our staff is available via the booking platform. The "Giallo" holiday apartment is located near the beach. The 50 m² property includes an entrance, 1 double bedroom, a triple bedroom (can be arranged as a double on request), 1 bathroom, and a living/dining area with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Ideal for 4 guests, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a fan. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine and iron, usable up to 5 times a week. Upon request and free of charge, a crib with sides, high chair, kettle, and toaster are available. The apartment has a private open balcony with stunning views for relaxing evenings. The property is close to the beach and public transport links. Free parking is available on adjacent streets. The property location is perfect, having two balconies and two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen is wonderful and the cost was very reasonable.
The one big negative is the condition of the apartment. It needs a proper deep clean and some modernisation. The shower screen doesn’t provide much use as it’s not blocking the water so the floor was soaking by the time you finish shower. There are some rusty nails in the bathroom walls. The whole apartment looks very dated (not in shabby chic way) and just feels a bit dirty.
However we have only paid a small amounts of money for the stay so it would be unfair expecting 5* for a 2* price.

Found the apartment a bit shabby and run down. Could do with a refurbishment! In kitchen no toaster for two weeks, although it was listed . Coffee maker was just a mocha pot. Shower bad, leaking all over the place, water runs down the shower screen and onto floor have to clean up every time,as dangerous. On arrival, absolutely nothing in the place, not even toilet paper or soap. Had to go to daughter in laws apartment two streets away to use toilet, this is not good! View fantastic , and bed very comfortable and clean! Supermarket close so got in a load of supplies!
