About this apartment rental
Our rustic wooden house, with 60 square meters of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate 1–4 people. The cozy living room, featuring a wood-burning stove, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a radio, invites you to relax and unwind. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—complete with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, dishes, and pots—leave nothing to be desired. The vacation home features a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as access to the covered balcony. The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, large mirror, and hair dryer, rounds out the overall experience. Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price. You can relax in the private, fenced-in garden with a patio. Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house are available free of charge. A small outdoor pool and barbecue facilities are available. There is a playground with a sandbox and a petting zoo. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, biking, or visit one of the many attractions. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed for a fee (EUR 8 per night/pet). A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person (ages 15 and up) per night will be charged separately on site. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is charged at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Breakfast is available upon request.
