About this house rental

Located in the Reggio Apennines within a quiet, historic medieval village, Casa del Sole is ideal for both nature-filled getaways and historical and artistic tours. Built from old stone-walled barns, with exposed-beam ceilings and numerous windows, Casa del Sole is bright and cool in the summer, warm and romantic in the winter thanks to radiators and a wood-burning stove.

A three-story house with panoramic views; the first floor features a kitchen, dining room, and lounge area. The upper floors feature a bathroom and bedrooms. The attic offers flexible sleeping arrangements with three possible configurations: one double bed, one double bed plus one single bed, or three single beds. The outdoor area includes a small table, a beach umbrella, and lounge chairs. Free parking is available outside the village, but vehicles may enter for loading and unloading.
