About this villa rental
Located between Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime in the residential neighborhood of Guerrevieille, 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 5 minutes from Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud.
Villa Les Lauriers, which is air-conditioned, features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private heated pool (8x4), a large terrace, and a plancha grill.
The villa is located 150 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, and 150 m from the bike path.
Sheets and towels are provided. Check-in is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

The accommodation:
You’ll enjoy your stay in this bright villa with a pool and terrace.
The villa can accommodate 10 or even 12 people (there’s a sleeper sofa in a separate living room) and is spread over two levels.
To make the most of your stay, you’ll have access to:
- A cozy living room: TV, sofas, coffee table.
- A dining room.
- A spacious second separate living room equipped with a kitchenette and a TV, which can accommodate 2 additional guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and dining table.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal
You’ll have five bedrooms at your disposal:
- Five comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, nightstands, and plenty of storage space.
You’ll also have three bathrooms (with showers and bathtubs) and three toilets, one of which is separate.
You can also enjoy a sumptuous terrace with a pool and a pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture (deck chairs, umbrellas, a shade canopy, a sofa, a lounge area, and an outdoor shower), as well as a plancha grill.
