We chose it as a transfer hotel, and it was amazing- chinese teapot, hiend interior, very delicious breakfast containing both Euro and Chinese dishes, very comfy bed , no outside noise and very helpful and friendly English-speaking staff.
Hotel is located in the historical part of the city, so you can explore it easily, having food in some of local restaurants.

Great location near the Culture Park. Breakfast was simple, but good with plenty of options. Room was well equipped including hot& cold water fountains.
You could smell cigarette smoke from the outside. The hallways could have been a bit cleaner.

Didn’t get new clean classes/mugs & didn’t clean the floors. Itinerary smell in bathroom
