The location is good in the area. We asked for a room that can watch the firework show on Saturday and the staff kindly provided. The room is big.
Although they claimed to have sauna and steam bath, none of them worked. The staff were confused about the terms of our booking and claimed we didn’t have breakfast and discount on food and drinks first. Good that they fixed it after we pointed it out.

very clean, friendly staff and restaurant had good variety of food!
Most of the staff didn't know to speak in English, however we used app to communicate! And Wifi was too slow

The property was beautiful and new
Dishonest advertising. This hotel advertised the rate for my room to include an 85% discount off all meals. This was an important factor for me when choosing a hotel. I wanted one that had a reasonable price for meals. I went to dine and immediately they recanted claiming it was an error. Not only did they recanted, they held me waiting while they made calls for over an hour without a resolution. All this to come back and say the platform made a mistake.
