Lot of cockroaches in the property, was dirty, outdated, and owner behavior was unprofessional.

I DON’T RECOMMEND. We spent the first night sleeping in our car and had to book another property for the second night.
After driving 4 hours to reach the property with three children, we couldn’t even enter because the guy in charge couldn’t open the front door for at least 20 minutes . At the end when the guy called the owner from our phone she said that she was planning to fix it on 29th, even though we arrived on the 27th and were supposed to stay until the 29th. She knew about this issue before our arrival but never informed us or any actions were taken.
She insisted that we have to use the apartment because the door is open but our worry was the unfunctional lock that was still there, she was ignoring that there is a problem. After a long and exhausting argument trying to explain our position, we told the owner that if you force us to use the apartment without fixing the lock, we will leave an honest review reflecting our experience. She immediately accused us of threatening her and rudely told us, “Do not stay in my property,” before hanging up on us. When we tried calling back, we discovered that our phone number had been blocked.
I will skip a lot of details, and this is the apartment:
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was in an unacceptable condition, with visible mold, a strong mold smell, broken cabinets, cockroaches and cockroach droppings, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and no air conditioning or fan. Our children were terrified of the cockroaches and couldn’t sleep, so we packed our belongings, spent the night in our car, and checked out the following morning despite having already paid for another night.
