excellent room, i would go back just for the room alone . clean , modern , plenty of space, great view. free keurig coffees, byo creamer if needed. i walked to the gas station to get some.
the front desk staff person was not well trained in hospitality or simply check in processing. it could be a language barrier or just lack of training. we couldn't tell.
the desk person made an error that affected not just our guest experience but probably another guest as well. it also looked like the people in line ahead of us had an issue, so its not isolated. the manager seemed to handle as best they could, but as a manager its important try not inconvenience or piss off paying guests . sometimes it costs money to make people happy. in the end, we checked into our room which was more than satisfactory, that's all that matters to me. id stay there again.
the hotel check in area is small which is totally fine. there's not a fancy lobby or a ton of free amenities and i am good with simply the room and the bar /pool that was available.

Everything was totally 100% top quality & SO VERY CLEAN. Location & staff were amazing! I AM RETURNING THIS WEEK WITH my daughter & her husband from VA. A huge plus for us was being able to have our little yorkie with us. My husband had just finished chemo & radiation for brain cancer at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa & this was a perfect set up where we didn't even have to leave the room if we didn't want to. We love this place! I have previously rented beach front in Madeira Beach but no more...you all are our #1 beach spot now!
Not a thing! It all was amazing.

Excellent location, wonderful view.
Great rooms, but terrible reception.
The hotel was relatively empty; I asked for a paid late checkout, but they told me they couldn't accommodate it. Checkout is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM—that’s 5 lost hours! At 11:10 AM, a very rude young woman from the front desk called me, scolding us because we hadn't left yet! I will not be returning!
