Excellent location by the 340 Seoul Nat Uni of Edu station. Take Exit 5 (closer to green line to go to Gangnam just 1 stop away) or Exit 12 (closer to orange line for Express bus station 1 stop away too). I stayed here for 17 nights to do plastic surgery and it was a great place. They have multiple rooms and 2 floors and in the basement is the shared washing machines and kitchen (water dispenser, microwave, conduction cooker and coffee machine available). Towels provided but are small. I suggest you use one for outside the bathroom as a mat when showering. Helps ALOT that each room has its own bathroom and also shoes are to be left by the door. Digital lock to enter both main glass door and room. Honestly felt sad to leave. For the price, it's a great deal, especially with the train connectivity. So many good eateries and convenience stores right outside too at reasonable prices since it's close to a university. While I was there, there was a revamp of the mattresses and furniture in rooms. So I think the previous issues from the past reviews are mainly solved. Though of course please do not have too high expectations for this price.
Cleanliness and tidyness can be improved - I did help to clean up quite a bit of stains and dust. Since there's no staff and it's a guesthouse, hopefully everyone can play their part to keep it neat and clean. Lots of wet wipes provided.

The location is very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop, as well as the metro and the bus stops are nearby. There are nice and affordable restaurants around and everything else you need
There were too many mosquitos. I couldn't get rid of them and they were torturing me at night. They do have some sprays but didn't help much. They started renovation while I was there, I highly recommend to use the net on the window. I traveled to Beijing from Soeul, this hotel is the 1st floor as well, but the have the net and no mosquitoes at all. Other than that, it was really a good value and convenient
