In general it was nice
Elevators wasn’t fully working and waiting time for elevator reached up to 3 minutes sometimes, air condition at elevators lobby in B1 wasn’t working and it was so hot specially waiting for elevator for a long time, breakfast was fantastic as usual however it could be better 😉

The Location is great but in hot weather little far from the metro.
Everything was great. For above it is not in their hand

I liked all the types of the foods , the chefs and the dining staffs are all very good and they are all nice specially the Filipino’s Staffs there.
The bathroom amenities were incomplete, and the hotel room wasn't cleaned thoroughly; bed linens and pillowcases weren't changed—you had to specifically request it. The staff at the reception area didn't know how to properly attend to guests; they lacked courtesy and respect, seemingly prioritizing only the wealthy or high-class clientele. The concierge staff was unreliable, and the security guard was surly.

The location of the hotel is good!
The food at the restaurant was good!
Need to wait more than 5 minutes to get the hot water in the shower, man need to ask the cleaners for a new or towel ( we got just 1 for each person after cleaning)
