The Space:
Come and relax in this spacious ground-floor villa with easy access to amenities like a pool and hot tub with amazing sunset views overlooking Broad Creek! This 1-bedroom villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and dining area with gorgeous water views, both inside and out, all to yourself! You can sit at the dining table or relax on the balcony and experience a breathtaking sunset overlooking the Broad Creek deepwater channel and Intercostal Waterway. You can also enjoy front-row views of the Harbourfest fireworks on summer nights! Or simply take a five-minute car ride over to one of our two private beach access points, Dunes House or Disney Beach House, each of which includes outdoor showers, restrooms, and a snack bar. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach at these locations.
If you have the desire to explore, the historical city of Savannah, Georgia is just an hour's ride away. * Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

This was THE best property we have ever had the pleasure of staying in HHI. The view was amazing! Shuttles to the beach so we didn't have to fight for a parking space or walk with all of our beach chairs/bags/cooler... Pool close by to walk to. Five or so restaurants to walk to in the marina. Fireworks show at the marina on the last night. It was so enjoyable to not have to leave the property in a car and just enjoy everything. 10 Stars!

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary. What caught our attention in the listing was the view out to the marina. It was even better in person. We enjoyed our mornings watching the activity coming and going from the marina. We saw dolphins several times when the tide had come in.The place was clean and the hosts had provided all the things we needed for our stay. I had a few questions during the first few days and they were very responsive and helpful.There are miles of bike and walking paths accessible from the location. Plenty of shops and restaurants as well. Palmetto Dunes resort is across HWY278. We were able to rent kayaks and paddle in the channels there, and we took a tennis clinic there as well. The onsite pool was nice and lightly attended by residents. Almost had it to ourselves some days.We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised, clean and conveniently located. The view of the marina was spectacular and the property is situated within a short walk to shops and restaurants. The property also provides access to the pristine Hilton Head Island beach, which is a short drive ( 1 mile) away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was lovely, conveniently located, and had a beautiful view. We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Host to Coast did a great job making the process effortless and making us feel welcome!
