** 3 day minimum in Aug ** Inquire if your dates differ, will try to accommodate if we can** Welcome to Sawyer Farmhouse, in the heart of Sawyer Michigan in Harbor Country! Home is located two minutes from Exit 12 off highway. Just 2 blocks to Infusco Coffee and Sawyer Garden Center. It’s just 5 minutes drive to Warren Dunes beach and a few minute drive in any direction you will find yourself at a beach, hikes, nature preserve, berry picking, brewery, golfing, winery, dining or shopping.
This home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, set on 2 acres with a brand new private, heated, inground pool with a power safely cover. Home features a beautiful back deck with sunset views. There is a fire pit next to the original silo and 2 acres to explore the fruit and berry trees, birds and wildlife. Home has an updated kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, range and microwave June 2023) just three small steps up on the porch- and a main floor bedroom with full bathroom. The long private driveway can easily fit 4-6 cars if needed. It’s center to all of the southwest Michigan favorite attractions and perfect for quality time with family and being able to relax and have everything you need to feel at home. We loved our stay! Communication was great and everything was perfect for our family vacation! The pool was amazing as it was very hot while we were visiting. Close to amazing restaurants, groceries, and other local spots. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our multi-generational stay at the Sawyer Farmhouse. Communication was great and the host was very responsive. The property was very clean and we thought the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a highlight for us and we used it each day of our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

What a gem I found when I found this home in Sawyer MI! At the last minute I planned a week long trip for Michigan and an outdoor pool was a must! As luck would have it, I was able to book this Sawyer home with 2 weeks to get ready. The owners took an old barn house and put much love and work into making it modern, cozy, and inviting. I walked into fresh strawberries and a basket of ingredients to make s'mores waiting for us. We had 7 adults and 3 children stay and everyone was comfortable and had a bed to sleep in. The house was so lovely decorated and my experience in talking with the owners Megan and her mother Therese was great as they were very responsive and kind. Even with a storm rolling in one night, the house never lost power and we felt safe. We all loved their huge outdoor pool, and the jets made it seem like a spa pool! We lugged too much stuff and found that the house was so nicely stocked with everything from paper towels, beach chairs, pool toys, bath towels, extra blankets, kitchen pans and utensils, and so much more. I highly recommend if you have a big group to stay here. I loved that Sawyer's market was right down the street (IYKYK) and a Meijer is less than 15 minutes away. Close to New Buffalo, Three Oaks, and St. Joe's.

What a great place to spend time with your family! The home and property were very nicely appointed. Lots of extras that we weren't expecting. A large yard allowed us to feel like we were in our own world and not in a busy summer town.The pool was great! Perfect for a family to play and swim in. The kids loved finding all the toys and games for us to use.The owners/managers should get 10 stars for their communications and follow up. Very easy check in and a simple departure process. Sawyer is a lovely little town with it's own restaurants and very close to the beach and dunes.
