Breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, ultimate comfort: live the experience in Épinay-sur-Seine from our exclusive apartment. Seemingly ideally located close to Paris, offering privileged access to city life and the treasures of the capital

*Accommodation
The apartment includes:
• A living room with a SOFA-BED, cushions and plaids to be comfortable at home + a CONNECTED TV Thanks to the FREE WIFI (FIBER) FREE Disney Channel account and CHROMECAST, you will be able to project your content on the television.
• A fully EQUIPPED kitchen with a MICROWAVE, a FRIDGE-FREEZER, a HOB, an OVEN, a DISHWASHER, a WASHING MACHINE, a KETTLE, (tea and coffee offered!!)
• You will find the basic necessities and all the KITCHEN UTENSILS, ACCESSORIES and CONDIMENTS necessary to concoct good little dishes for you.
• Closet with STORAGE and HANGERS are at your disposal.
• 2 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS (140x190): One in ETHNIC style
. 1 SHOWER ROOM with a HAIRDRYER, SHOWER GEL, SHAMPOO and TOWELS are at your disposal.
• The apartment also includes an IRON and IRONING BOARD, a clothes dryer, a BROOM, a MOPPY and cleaning products at your disposal.
*Eat out:
• Many restaurants (fast, chain, gourmet) within a 7-minute walk.
• McDonalds, Burger King, KFC within 11 min drive.
• UBER EATS available.
*Entertaining yourself, relaxing:
• For entertainment, the cinema, the theater and the Atelier à spectacles 8 minutes away by car.
• The Seine lake 8 minutes walk away for walks and sports activities.
*Practical:
• City center 6min walk.

Beautiful views from the 13th floor!! Host was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable and great stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

We were really just looking for a place to stay before catching our plane from the CDG airport. The beds were comfortable and we had enough room. The aren't any little places to get coffee nearby that we could find, so you'd need to Uber everywhere in our experience.
