Avoid
The bed was comfortable enough.
I didn't like the dust. It hadn't been cleaned. The crockery was dirty. Everything had to be washed before use.
The cooker was unclean, and oven did not work

Cheap but not cheerful!
On arrival it was evident that the sheets had been changed but that's as far as it goes regarding and hygiene or cleanliness. The whole apartment was covered in dust with cobwebs and filth on every surface and around windows sills, frames and tables, kitchen appliances and bedside furniture. Mouse droppings were visible on my bedside table asking with a healthy amount of dust and cup stains and also under the kitchen sink cupboard along with a filthy microwave, oven and grill that had not seen a clean in sometime! Curtains did not fit the window, mirrors with sellotape holding it together, mould in the shower and dirty tea towels and cloths that smelt of rotten drains. After being advised we could not book in until after 3pm due to the need for cleaning I at least expected it to be hygienic but sadly not. Had I been able to afford to go elsewhere for my 1 night stay I would have left and done so in a flash! The owner has disputed all my claims and had refused to offer any compensation despite the photo evidence which had sadly left a very bad taste. How this property gained such a high rating is beyond me? It was genuinely filthy and I would have personally, been extremely embarrassed if my guests had the same experience at a property of mine!
Shame on you and booking.com!
