DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The location near the bus station is the only advantage. Due to word limits.i will post my word in both columns. Only book here if you like to deal with troubles . My stay at this property was not just a poor experience; it was a genuine survival crisis. I honestly felt my life was at risk while staying here. If you contact the host through the Booking.com system, you will only receive "copy-and-paste" replies in Polish. Even a simple request for an extra blanket was completely ignored. Once they have your money, they effectively vanish. The Wi-Fi was non-functional upon arrival. Since the TV relies entirely on an internet connection, there was zero entertainment. Previous reviews suggest the Wi-Fi has been broken for a long time, yet they continue to rent the place out. Additionally, the electric kettle was the filthiest, most disgusting piece of equipment I have ever seen in my life. The "heating" is merely an AC unit that automatically shuts off every 30 minutes due to an "overheating protection" protocol when it tune to 30degrees. You would not know when it would back on also .In -25°C weather, the room became dangerously cold, posing a genuine risk of freezing to death. Furthermore, the heat only reached a tiny 2m x 2m area, leaving the rest of the apartment like an icebox.

The shower drain was completely blocked with dirt and debris. Within 30 seconds of turning on the water, the entire bathroom flooded. Because the washing machine was running right next to the flood, there was a severe risk of lethal electrocution. I couldn’t shower for longer than two minutes, or the water would have flowed out of the bathroom into the living area. I attempted to clear the drain myself, but it was packed with filth. Furthermore, the official phone number provided is never answered; sometimes it doesn’t even ring, and WhatsApp messages are ignored. Even Booking.com headquarters could not reach them. I eventually had to call Booking.com customer service in China—paying for international calls out of my own pocket. Fortunately, they found a previous record with a private, unlisted number for the host. When reached, the host initially claimed they "didn't understand English" to avoid helping. They promised to send someone to fix the issues, but it was a Saturday, and they hadn't even come onsite to inspect the damage. The moment I threatened to call the police for my safety, the host suddenly became fluent in English just to shout at and insult me. They even claimed that calling the police was "useless." I had to flee the property for my own survival. They only agreed to refund the remaining two nights after I repeatedly contacted their private number and threatened legal action. There are plenty of better, safer places in Lublin for this price. Do not be fooled by the photos. Unless you want to spend your holiday freezing, disconnected, and in danger of electrocution, STAY AWAY. I have full photographic and communication evidence to prove everything if the host tries to deny my stay. I only posted partially here.

In my opinion, the property should be rented out only in summer. It’s not for winter months.

The location was good.

The property was too cold, we tried to heat the place up but it was not heating up. We had to moved out the next day to look for a better place. In short, we stayed there for 1 night out of 4. Also, the drainage in the bathroom is not good; we had to stand in the soapy water while showering.

Pokój ładnie urządzony, czysty, wygodna kuchnia i łazienka. Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Mimo innych komentarzy o niespokojnych sąsiadach nasz pobyt przebiegał bardzo spokojnie.

Jedna mała kołdra na dwie osoby, to jednak nocna walka o przetrwanie 🙂. Woda wolno schodzi z brodzika.

Pokój ładnie urządzony, czysty, wygodna kuchnia i łazienka. Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Mimo innych komentarzy o niespokojnych sąsiadach nasz pobyt przebiegał bardzo spokojnie.

Jedna mała kołdra na dwie osoby, to jednak nocna walka o przetrwanie 🙂. Woda wolno schodzi z brodzika.

Bardzo nowoczesny wystrój, duża funkcjonalność, jest wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy zatrzymując się na jedną noc.

Nie należy zrażać się klatką schodową i trzeba uważać na makabryczne schody w kamienicy. Łóżko mało stabilne, przy każdym ruchu, przewróceniu się na bok nieco się chwieje.
