Central location, facilities in the apartment, comfy beds
It's quite a busy street. The apartment itself could do with some dimmer, more atmospheric lighting.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich , wir durften auch früher einchecken, einfaches , sehr sauberes Appartement.
Wir waren drei Frauen im Rentenalter, für eine war es anstrengend in den dritten Stock zu gehen..
sonst o.k

Great location, very roomy
Toilet seat in bathroom wit washing machine needed fixing, loose, a tea. Towel in the kitchen would have been great

Liked 2 bathrooms apartment was clean
72 steps up an old, steep, dingy stone staircase I knew it didn’t have a lift but it was not an easy climb. Courtyard and staircase not inviting or particularly well kept, not good especially in the dark. Was on the higher price side compared to other similar apartments. Glasses and crockery were limited. Contact was poor. Noisy in morning as there is a school across the street

"The apartment was located in the walled city of Como. So beautiful and had lots of interesting restaurants and shops."
