Great beds, nicely decorated. Good tv and kitchen equipment. Host was very friendly and helpful. You had equipment for any eventuality in the kitchen. Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave . Towels supplied + tea towels and washing up cloths/ liquid and cleaning cleaners. Great shower.Parking space available too. Would go back.
Heating was slow to come on then was too hot but it may be we did not get the hang of it.

Location good
Property didn’t meet a 9.3 due to requiring a good spring clean in all rooms and an update. Had to wash crockery/cutlery/pans before eating and clean a storage cupboard. Large window in kitchen was a fire escape, window locked, key above window didn’t fit lock, no exit? Kitchen taps desperately need fixing as loose.

There was everything we needed for a weeks holiday with family. The hosts were communicative, helpful and bent over backwards for us.
