Food, and Hospitality of Staff was beyond words, they were all so fantastic, amenities were all great and location of resort was too good.

Location, hospitality and food
The room that we got had issues, not tested prior.

The resorts location was a big plus point
The staff lacked basic courtesy, and there seemed to be very little coordination among the team. Unfortunately, the property appeared to place more emphasis on money than on genuine hospitality and guest experience.
I would also strongly recommend booking directly through the property’s official website. There were unexpected charges applied on the spot despite having made the booking through another platform and informing the reservations team about it in advance. This lack of transparency was quite disappointing.
