The staff is very amicable and helpful. A shoutout to the receptionists, Nevi (fluent in ENGLISH) and Bugra. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms can be easily turned into hotel apartments if they a kitchnette is added to the corner in the huge hall. The location was near Marmara Park mall and a Migros. Over all we were pleased with our stay.
There is no lift so we could not stay in higher floors because I was with my mother. Also, we extended our stay and the receptionists the previous night gave us a rate and the next day another receptionist gave us another MUCH HIGHER RATE. Also, they do not have laundry which would have been useful since we extended our stay.

We had an amazing stay! Nevt and Baren were both lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Everything was great, and we felt comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return again!
