My stay was really pleasant. Sonja was responsive to questions before I arrived and throughout the stay, even helping me find alternative travel arrangements when Catania airport shut down.
The apartment is nicely located just across the street from the beach, 1/4 mile from a small grocery store and cafes, and about a mile to Castello di Milazzo, Baia Del Tono, and some of my favorite restaurants. It felt safe to walk anywhere nearby, even solo at night.
Sonja provided some much needed snacks and drinks in the room and espresso in the shared entryway. The room itself was safe and had AC, the bed and shower were quality, and there’s a nice little shared patio.
My one complaint is there’s a very vocal dog nearby that likes to bark all weekend, but there’s not much you can do about that.
