Big apartment, quite neighborhood
We asked for an early check-in as our plane landed early (we're traveling with a 4 years old and had an overnight flight). Host waited for the last minute to reply then asked for half the price of a full day, but also said we can put our bags for free from 1pm (check-in is 3pm).
When we refused the price of the early check-in the host stopped responding, we couldn't get in touch until 2:30pm (so even the 1pm promise wasn't kept).
After check-in some things didn't work at the apartment, bathroom sink was clogged and shower head broken and leaking. Again slow response, or responses that say "other guests didn't say it's broken". We asked to send someone the next day, when we were at the apartment, to be ignored. Only about a day and a half before we left they could send someone at an inconvenient time so we refused.

"Clean, comfortable, enough storage space, in a cute neighbourhood with a lot of nice caffès and restaurants in walking distance. The place is not inside the city centre which I prefer, but pretty clos..."
