Una casa con potencial pero requiere muchas mejoras.
Las vistas hacia la ría y la ubicación respecto a playas preciosas
El primer día no entendía los comentarios negativos ya que el apartamento estaba bastante limpio. Sin embargo día tras día, pudimos ir entendiéndolos.
Hay que aparcar en la entrada de un camino, y para acceder a la casa hay que cruzar una carretera en curva donde los coches pasan rápido y con escasa visibilidad.
Aunque se ve que han hecho reformas (las ventana son nuevas) La casa requiere muchas mejoras, sobre todo la cocina, los muebles son muy viejos y la instalación de fontanería así como el calentador requieren una renovación.
El baño igual, la casa entera huele a tuberías, y hay muchas, muchísimas hormigas en el baño.
El sofá es muy incómodo. Al igual que las camas que usamos.
Es una pena, porque la casa es muy grande y podríamos haber estado muy agusto, pero estas cosas han empeorado la experiencia.

Una experiencia muy decepcionante. El apartamento no está en condiciones adecuadas
Lo único positivo del alojamiento son las vistas al mar.
La experiencia ha sido muy negativa y, sinceramente, el apartamento no está en condiciones adecuadas para alojarse. Las fotografías publicadas en el anuncio no se corresponden con la realidad del apartamento, ya que el estado en el que lo encontramos era considerablemente peor de lo que muestran las imágenes.
El alojamiento, situado en un primer piso, estaba muy sucio, incluyendo los utensilios de cocina, hasta el punto de que no resultaba agradable ni higiénico utilizarlos.
Además, dentro de las habitaciones había un fuerte olor a humedad, que resultaba bastante desagradable. En el baño, cada vez que se utilizaba, se generaba un fuerte olor a tubería, haciendo que la estancia en el apartamento fuera todavía más incómoda.
Las camas y los colchones tampoco estaban en buenas condiciones, lo que dificultó considerablemente el descanso durante nuestra estancia.
Además, no se podía cocinar con normalidad. La cocina es de gas y, al utilizarla, generaba una llama excesivamente alta, lo que hacía que cocinar resultara complicado y poco seguro.
Encontramos también puertas rotas y diferentes elementos en mal estado. La televisión tampoco funcionaba.
Por si fuera poco, había murciélagos dentro del portal de acceso al apartamento, algo que resulta muy desagradable y que debería solucionarse por parte de la responsable del alojamiento.
Todas estas deficiencias, consideradas en conjunto, hacen que el apartamento no se corresponda con unas condiciones razonables de alojamiento ni con lo que uno espera encontrar al reservar un apartamento para una semana de vacaciones, donde uno necesita estar lo más cómodo posible.
Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking para comunicar la situación y solicitar una solución, pero se nos informó de que no podían realojarnos en otro alojamiento. Ante esta situación, solicitamos a la propietaria del apartamento la devolución de una parte del importe pagado, teniendo en cuenta todas las deficiencias encontradas.
