For us we wanted City Centre but that was just too expensive so we done more research and found this place just outside near bus routes and easy Uber location to get back to after buses stop running. Walking could be achieved but 1 person had walking issues and regardless would take a bit of time. Ubers were not mega expensive so in essence this place was a good find for the price and location as from experience it worked for us.
It was good as everything was in this apartment that we may of needed. TV, Internet, REALLY COMFY beds, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, Fridge & Freezer. We never used the Nespresso machine as we didn't know before hand to bring some pods but that was a great bonus.
The TV was Internet based so just choose the relevant app for the station you want.
Was warm, hot water, great showers, the apartment worked. Never used the washing machine or dish washer.
Spare towels and linen was provided.
This apartment worked really well for us.
We would strongly consider staying here again if we came to Leeds. :-)
Curtains didn't black out the rooms for sleeping but you could use an eye mask. The toilet brush in one of the bathrooms could of been replaced before our visit should we say. Some internal door handles were a bit wobbly but just be gentle.
Few marks we noticed throughout the apartment but of zero concern as everything else worked fine.

Warm, comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Well located for a walk into the town centre or along the river/canal path
Decoration needs a refresh, couple of minor maintenance issues - light in living room not working, drops missin from blinds, no cover on smoke detector in en-suite bedroom. Shower water very hot even at the lowest temperature
