What can I say? The place was so much better than expected, and my expectations were already very high! From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found something truly special. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Le Marais, one of the most charming, lively, and authentic neighborhoods in Paris.
There are two fantastic cafés practically on your doorstep, one right next door and another directly across the street. Both are perfect for starting the day with a delicious coffee, a fresh croissant, or a leisurely Parisian breakfast while watching the neighborhood come to life. You’re also just down the street from a Monoprix supermarket, along with wonderful bakeries, little boutiques, restaurants, wine bars, and countless other places to explore. Everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance.
One of my favorite things about the location is the atmosphere of the neighborhood itself. It has that wonderful combination of historic Parisian charm and contemporary energy, with beautiful old buildings, picturesque streets, independent shops, art galleries, and inviting little terraces everywhere you turn. Depending on the day, you can also discover charming outdoor markets nearby, filled with fresh produce, seasonal fruit and vegetables, flowers, artisan cheeses, and other delicious local specialties. It’s the perfect place to experience everyday Parisian life rather than simply visit the usual tourist attractions
And the bed! I honestly think it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Awesome stay, insanely well located with so many things just steps away. We appreciated how cool the AC was throughout and the bed was super comfortable too. Place was great. Right in the heart of Fashion and CAFE! What else do you need. We had a wonderful time, The apartment is well located and easy to walk to different places. It was very clean. The instructions were very clear, we were able to check in by ourself late at night.
We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the place at this great location. The location is excellent and very important : extremely safe, with tons of cafes and convenient for travel around Paris. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our family of 3. Extremely responsive communications from the team, Would highly recommend for your Paris stay, the apartment was everything they listed and more, It was in pristine condition and in a perfect location with a safe neighborhood. We all had the best time and we would be so lucky to be able to book there again. Huge thanks to Eric, for making our trip to Paris so great and an experience we’ll treasure forever. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very attentive and did their best to the apartment ready early which we sincerely appreciated. Happy to recommend this stay.

Superb accommodation with a lovely bathroom and an ideal location! It features high ceilings, is clean and functional, and is situated in the lively Marais district.
The host and the location provided the most excellent experience for our trip to Paris! Communication was superb.
The place was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description, but the location was better than we had planned. Loved it! Would stay again. It was great to have a washing machine, and the host even provided laundry detergent, we checked with him, and he confirmed it was included.
We stayed in four different places with laundry facilities during our vacation, and this was the only one that provided detergent; we were so grateful for that!
Check-in was completely self-service, which was extremely convenient. The location close to many shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was very responsive, thank you! I also appreciated the decor, comfy bed, bathrobes, and of course, the location. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

What a wonderful Parisian apartment! The location was absolutely fabulous, right in the heart of the Marais and within walking distance of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, with everything we needed just a few minutes away on foot.
The bed was comfortable, and although the apartment is located on a busy street, the soundproof windows were fantastic.
The apartment is so well laid out that we had plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. One of our favorite memories was cooking a meal and opening a bottle of champagne, what a lovely way to experience Paris!
Eric was wonderful with his communication throughout our stay; he was kind enough to welcome us late on a Saturday evening and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything perfectly and made us feel truly welcome.
The elevator is spacious and fast, a rarity in beautiful, historic Parisian buildings, and the stairs are perfectly manageable and add to the overall charm.
A magnificent apartment full of Parisian character, in a fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return ! ❤️
