About this apartment rental
Our lodging, “Der alte Roßstand,” is a cozy vacation apartment on our farm near Nittenau in the Upper Palatinate Lake District. Our farm is located directly on the Regen River and is only 30 kilometers from Regensburg. Schwandorf and Roding are about a 15-minute drive away. The Bavarian Forest is also nearby and is perfect for a day trip. The apartment is located on the first floor and offers 38 square meters of living space with a romantic cross vault. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). Upon request, this can be separated to create two single beds. Upon request, an extra bed can be provided on the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room for additional guests. Of course, the kitchenette is fully equipped: a refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware are provided. The kitchen-living area features a SMART TV and an internet radio. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The washing machine in the hallway of our guesthouse can be used for a fee of EUR 4. Right next to the building, you’ll find our outdoor seating area, which all our guests are welcome to use. Of course, there’s also a large garden, plenty of patio furniture, various grills, rental bicycles, and a rowboat available for free use. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 5 EUR per pet per night. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 10 EUR per night.
