The house was built in 1556 and is one of the oldest in the historic center of Tricase; it features an ancient granary inside. It is the perfect home for those who love history and art and want to soak up the atmosphere of antiquity.
Hello, my name is Giulio, and for quite some time now I’ve been dedicated to welcoming tourists who love to visit this wonderful corner of Salento in various ways. In addition to ensuring my guests enjoy the best possible stay, I share a passion for cooking with my partner, and together we run a home restaurant nestled in the idyllic Salento countryside.
The apartment is right in the heart of the historic center, in a pedestrian zone, just a short walk from the stunning Chiesa Matrice di Tricase (1600); however, it’s not difficult to find parking nearby. Another nearby point of interest is Piazza Pisanelli, also known as “the living room of Salento,” nestled between the two main churches and the “Palazzo Principesco dei Gallone” castle. All of these are extremely interesting places to visit. Furthermore, between the square and the quaint narrow streets of the historic center, you’ll find some of the best restaurants in southern Salento.
