A beautiful apartment located in a newly built residence, functionally furnished for travelers from around the world. It enjoys a superbly strategic location thanks to its proximity to Olbia (10 minutes from the port and the international airport). The beautiful beaches of Porto Istana, Marina Maria, and Lido del Sole are just a few minutes’ drive away, and Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are only a 30–40-minute drive away. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The space:
With plenty of sleeping accommodations, this apartment is ideal for any type of traveler. It features a suite with a queen-size bed equipped with all amenities (the closet in the master bedroom is divided in half to accommodate the host’s needs) and a bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a very comfortable sofa bed in the living area. There is a covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture and a private parking spot in the garden with a green lawn. Every room offers the right amount of privacy—whether you’re a large family, a group of friends, or two couples—thanks to the French-style sofa bed; however, the affordable price also makes it suitable for solo travelers or a couple.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a full set of bathroom fixtures, and a MADE IN ITALY Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and towels of all sizes are provided.
You’ll find ample storage space for your personal belongings in every room.

You’ll always have plenty of space and enjoy maximum comfort during your stay.
In addition to the welcome kit provided by the property, you’ll find comfortable sheets, a down comforter, and everything you need for a perfect stay. The fully equipped kitchen also features a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave. You’ll have access to a washing machine, and the living area features a 4K Ultra HD TV (with free Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc.) as well as free Wi-Fi.
Both bedrooms are very cozy and bright.
The building’s shared pool is located in the residence’s beautifully maintained garden; it’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, reading a book, or having fun with your friends. Two pool loungers are available to my guests completely free of charge for their exclusive use; taking them to the beach is prohibited.
We do not rent to groups of young people or minors
