Wonderful place to stay!!! Just a note - parking is tight. As stated in the listing - only 2 vehicles will fit on the property. Parking available on street but it’s very crowded. We enjoyed our stay and will be a repeat visitor next time we are in the Fort Worth area.

Our group consisted of six adults, and we stayed for 10 days. The house is decorated really nicely, but it needs repair and painting. The parking was very tight for 2 vehicles, but we were able to squeeze a mid-size SUV and a car in carefully. The neighborhood was a little rough, so we made sure to keep the gate closed most of the time. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable, but the kitchen and bathrooms felt dirty. The flooring in the kitchen was uneven, with a few boards in the middle of the house that were severely out of level and posed a tripping hazard. There was plenty of sleeping space for 6 adults, but not enough seating at the kitchen table or in the living room. There were also not enough coffee cups, bathroom towels, or paper towels in the kitchen for the length of our stay. There was only a used sponge in the kitchen to clean counters and dishes, so we used the dishwasher regularly for the dishes. The staircase is very steep and can be hazardous. Three members of our group fell during our stay, fortunately without serious injury. Guests with young children or mobility concerns should use extra caution.Overall, the home has charm and comfortable bedrooms, but it would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, more adequate supplies, and attention to the safety issues before we would stay here again.
