Family accommodation of 57 m2 5 minutes from the Place de l'Etoile, close to shops and transport. Ideal location for tourists or business, in the heart of Paris and close to the Palais des Congrès. Large living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds, cupboards and roller shutters, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, wifi. Double digicode, caretaker and secure armored door. Recently refurbished apartment, ideal for the comfort of travelers.

This place is a good location (safe and close to a station) and the very pleasant for my family of 5 (two adults and three children). We slept well and cooked for our meals and washed our laundry. We highly recommend this place to anyone who travels Paris! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your place.

Apartment was not cleaned from previous guests when we arrived. Was not cleaned until the next day. Had to call Jerome to get entry codes for the two front entrances and the apartment number.

Overall very good experience. We enjoyed eating at the pizzeria downstairs one evening. Nice neighborhood. In the shower room, it would be nice to have a place other than the towel warmer to hang/set toiletries and/or clothing.
