You benefit from a complete new kitchen open to the living room and the dining room with direct access to the terrace and the garden.
The house has 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, (13 PEOPLE) 2 individual toilets and a games room with billiards and darts, ping pong table, a gym with elliptical trainer, treadmill and a bicycle, ping pong table.
The house is fully equipped, the necessary has been put in place so that our guests have a pleasant stay. (espresso catefiere, filter coffee maker, saucepan, pan, crepe maker, raclette, various paper peeler, fruit press...... as well as pods, olive oil, paper towel, sugar, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, detergent.......)
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet.
Outside, you can enjoy the pretty enclosed garden, the heated swimming pool (usable from May to the beginning of September) and a beautiful terrace with furniture and barbecue. For summer evenings and winter days, a Nordic bath with massage nozzle is at your disposal. Travellers will be able to swim all year round.
The house is not suitable for parties. Only guests who have been counted at the time of booking have access to the accommodation.
The accommodation has steps or stairs: four steps to enter the accommodation and a staircase to access the first floor.
For people with reduced mobility, one of the bedrooms is on the first floor with bathroom.
A high chair and a cot for babies are provided free of charge. As well as duvets, fleece blanket are provided, as well as terry towel, bathrobe and washcloth.

I wanted to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your property. Your timely communication about what was provided in the house, including towels, bathrobes, tea, coffee, and even baking paper, was incredibly helpful.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and some food, which made us feel immediately at home. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We stayed there with two families and a small dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time swimming, relaxing in the garden, and having numerous BBQs.
The description of the house was very accurate, and we encountered no surprises. We highly recommend your property to others. We also appreciated the charming nearby towns and castles that we could explore.
