About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation at the beautiful Strandwiese resort. Just 500 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished two-room attic apartment offers approximately 50 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. The very bright and inviting apartment can accommodate up to two people. Conveniently located in front of the building is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space (No. 15). The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and free Wi-Fi.
We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bed linens are available for €20.00 per person, towels for €10.00 per person, or as a linen package for €25.00 per person.
The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* and utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own supplies during your stay.

• Kitchen: Open-concept kitchen connected to the living room with a dining area for 4 people; fully equipped built-in kitchen with oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave
• Bedroom: Double bed with two single mattresses (80x200 cm) and reading lamps, closet, dresser, lamps, small table, roller shade
• Bathroom: Walk-in shower, sink with vanity cabinet, toilet, mirror, closet, bathroom radiator, washing machine
• Terrace: large, sunny south-facing terrace with a table and 2 beach chairs, 1 sun lounger, awning,
• Storage room: vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc.
• Parking space: free of charge directly in front of the complex, No. 15
• Outdoor storage room: provides space for bicycles or similar items
