Excellent in every way. Spectacular view, all the amenities we needed and more. Clear instructions. Clean and near all of the things we wanted to do in La Quinta. Safe gated area. Host was great and helped with a minor issue quickly. We are so grateful to have found this place and will be coming back. 15/10 stars!

I would highly recommend this rental in the Signature section of PGA West. The house is brand new and immaculately kept, with a great open-concept layout, high ceilings, and beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was perfectly set up for our family of six to relax and watch TV together.The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking meals easy, and the pool and hot tub were a real highlight of our stay. Royale Vacation Rentals was excellent to work with—responsive and professional throughout the entire process.My only suggestion would be to update the binder with local information, as a few of the restaurants listed are no longer in business and the tennis recommendations are no longer accurate. Other than that, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely return.

The home is nice and new as described. I chose a home where we could enjoy a nice view out on the patio, but unfortunately there was a huge tent right outside of the back yard, blocking the entire view. The PGA tour coming up set up early. We also had to stay there the first evening until 9:00 to wait for maintenance to get the heat working.
