About this villa rental
Villa Moravia is a beautiful villa built on a 850-square-meter lot. The house has several floors and can accommodate 6 people. On the first floor, there is parking for a small car, but there is also plenty of parking space on the street. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood with unobstructed views of the valley. The villa consists of two separate living areas. The apartment for two people features a living room, open kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Above that is the main house, which accommodates four people, with a living room featuring a fireplace and an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Both sections have access to the pool (8x4) with 6 lounge chairs and two seating areas. The entire property features a beautiful, large, private garden, and there are several terraces surrounding the house so you can always sit in the sun or shade. . The villa is equipped with a 50-inch satellite smart TV (including Dutch channels), fiber-optic internet with (free) Wi-Fi, and full air conditioning in the main house, as well as central heating for the winter months. In addition, you can use the BBQ as well as our golf sets and tennis rackets (1 women’s and 1 men’s set). Both the golf course and the tennis court are nearby. There are also board games available, as well as (inflatable) toys for the pool. A crib and high chair are also available. The house is located 800 meters from Baladrar Beach, which has a beach bar in the summer; there are also several other beaches nearby. The large beach in Moraira is a 7-minute drive away. There are also many great restaurants and several supermarkets in the area; the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away.

Accommodation is split between an upper and lower self contained parts which was ideal for us. The furnishings are very tasteful, to an high standard and it was a pleasure to stay. The place was clean and we were met by the property manager who showed us around/explained how things worked and provided recommendations on restaurants and places of interest.
