It’s value for the money. Clean and tidy. A kitchen on each floor both decent sized. There is off street parking but it’s limited, although on street parking is available. It’s a short walk into the centre of Burnley passing several takeaways and a Mother Hubbard fish and chip shop( with eating in).
This is my second stay here.
A second chair in the room? I travel alone so not a problem but it was a double room. If the chair was more comfortable that would be a bonus.

It was clean modern and convenient.
It’s only a short walk away from Burnley town centre( plenty of take aways) and close to Turf Moor home of Burnley football club.
A comfortable chair in the room would be nice.
I had to be careful of the changing floor levels, but that’s more a me problem ( I’m very very sensitive to minor changes in floor levels), and the bigger one had danger tape on it.

Very friendly staff which were very accommodating. The ladies who set up our room were brilliant and the standards were great! Thanks for the place to stay.
Everything was perfect except for the shower temperature. It was either scorching hot or cold and fluctuated every 10 seconds or so.
