It was a good experience. The place is clean and nice, with exceptional, professional staff. I liked the food and the gym.
It is very well located, even if you have to walk to town.
Parking is very limited, even though I did book parking.

This is an excellent hotel with excellent customer service. I have stayed in many Hiltons and other hotels around the world and this is one of the best.
The room and communal areas were clean and very well presented.
The hotel seems highly regarded. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in September and was fortunate to overlap my stay with the Congolese national foootball team.
The security also feels very high and it was helpful that some of the staff were able to speak English and all were able to speak French.
I had a slight issue with the hotel driver service where the driver said he would pick me up at 5pm but then failed to do so and when I rang the hotel they said the driver would not come due to traffic. This was the only instance where I was disappointed with the customer service, albeit after a complaint, the hotel did then call later to say they would pick me up after all. Apart from that the driver service was good and they managed to pick me up and drop me off successfully at Kinshasa N’Djili airport.
