Facility was very clean, quiet and 3 minutes to the train station. Excellent location.

The location was amazing! So close to Sky Tree and just a 3 minute walk from the JR station. The room was spacious, very clean, and having a washing machine was a bonus as we were in need to wash our clothes! The hosts was great at communicating everything as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!

It was very close to the metro station and the Tokyo skytree mall was also very close.
I liked everything

I'm counting the days to check out :(
Though the neighborhood is quiet, not buzzy, has 2 supermarkets nearby, and is very close to the Tokyo Skytree Mall .
The apartment is super strict; you can't ask for anything (their default answer would be very sorry, but NO). Like something as simple as an extra floor towel, they still refuse to give. The room is small; it barely fits 2 large suitcases.
Cleanliness is so-so. The place is a bit dusty, like on the shelf or in the closet. The provided futon is basically a thin sheet of fabric; I might as well sleep on the floor. And, again, I asked for an extra futon; they said no.
I ask for a stay date adjustment due to a natural disaster flight delay, and they unemphatically said no.
Early check-in or luggage storage was also a no.
