The self-check-in system worked perfectly, allowing us to check in quickly, easily, and without any hassle. The host, Charles, is always just a phone call away and is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The unit is situated in a neat, quiet, and secure environment within a gated complex, offering peace of mind throughout our stay.
The unit was exceptionally well prepared to cater to all our needs. Modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, it offers everything one could wish for in a self-catering establishment. The smart TV, with its streaming options, was greatly appreciated, as was the complimentary Wi-Fi. Having secure garage parking with direct access into the unit was particularly convenient.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quality linen, ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, being well designed, spacious, and highly practical.
The location is ideal, with shopping malls and the town centre nearby, while the complex itself offers a peaceful, quiet, and secure environment. It is truly a hidden gem!
We always choose one of the Lloyds guesthouses when passing through Ermelo. All the units are located within the same complex, in close proximity to one another, and each visit makes us feel right at home. The excellent facilities, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional comfort keep us coming back.
Our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we will most certainly return. We can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow travellers looking for comfortable, secure, and hassle-free accommodation.

There was no bedsheet. Had to use my own. Main bed linen was not up to standard.

Townhouse clean but was a bit nervous about streetfront location. Given that we were on holiday and this was merely a stop over we had a lot at stake with regards to break in into vehicle.
Water situation, town in terrible state. Dirty streets and basically 1 pothole on the other, pelapidated overall. Feel unsafe if you drive around
