We have stayed before and it is a lovely, clean, comfortable and warm.
Nothing, it’s all very nice but maybe a sensor light in the hallway would help to see the numbers on the key box.

Great location from where one has a short walk uphill to the castle, or into town for shops, pub’s & restaurants. This was great & meant once one is parked up on the street for free, you can leave the car there saving £ on parking fees.
The flat is small & comfortable enough, with shower over bath & a tiny kitchen. Access to walled back garden.
Access was via an unlocked front door to the house, with the flat door off the shared ground floor corridor, via a single Yale key. The door chain gave additional security; an extra lock would have made me feel more secure.
The smaller bedroom had the double bed tucked into the corner, so we had to pull the bed out at an angle to avoid climbing over sleeping partner; I missed this from the accommodation’s description.

The location was good. The place was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had cookies!
I had to wear extra clothing and socks, hat in the 1st bedroom because it was so cold. The heater in the room wasn’t working so I even left the bedroom door open so the heater would circulate. I don’t run cold and I’m from Alaska so trust me when I say it was cold. The shower had no soap, shampoo or conditioner like the other apartments we’ve stayed in do. The tub doesn’t drain very fast so you’re standing in water as you shower. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were having a clogging party but I put on noise canceling headphones and that worked. Parking is on the street on a very steep hill-there was nothing around so we had to park in the village area. This is not the owners fault-just something for someone to know.
