False advertising, lack of attention to internet and TV a pitty because the location is excellent.

Location

In the original offer they put parking included when we arrived they said that they refer that we can park on the street. The internet did not work the first day and two of the three TV are too old and did not function (they are not smart TV). They claim that in the confirmation they did not put parking but it was included in the origianl offer. When we asked to cancelled the reservation because it is too risky to left the car all night on the street, they refused and wanted to collect the complete week. We had no option but to stay. It is the worst experience we had in booking.

Facilities are decent, but Wynwood is Terrible. Avoid like the plague.

The property was decent and clean. The location seemed nice.

Wynwood wouldn’t even give the address of the property until we sent them pictures of our passports and credit cards over WhatsApp, which I found extremely inappropriate. There was a doorman at the property who wouldn’t allow any guests even during the daytime. When the WiFi went out on the property, they send a repair man and expected us to stay in the apartment for a few hours only for the repair man to say he couldn’t fix it. As compensation for not having internet and having us stay at the apartment the whole evening, Wynwood offered to allow us to check out one hour later. On a different booking for this same trip with free cancellation, I booked with Wynwood and cancelled months in advance. They never refunded the money and I had to dispute the charge (which was successful). My sister booked with them and cancelled and had the same thing. The booking had free cancellation. She tried to get Wynwood to refund the charge and after weeks of trying, they only partially refunded her money because of “credit card transaction fees” they felt they were entitled to. So avoid all Wynwood properties. You will regret working with them and they won’t care. Edit: After all this, the property charged me an extra $18 almost a month after my stay. There is no communications to what the charge is for, but it is for about 20% of a night's stay. The apartment was in perfect condition when we left. We didn't even drink the water bottles set out because we had heard they will nickel and dime you for everything. Don't give them your credit card. Stay away from all Wynwood properties.

Would recommend, over all it was a good location and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was nice and big, the beds were comfortable. 2 bedrooms as promised and 3 bathrooms which was great.

The wifi didn’t reach all areas of the apartment, we had a lot is issues getting it in the master bedroom. There was a washing machine but no clothing line to dry the clothes, had some issues getting to the place as the address was very vague and the host waited till Almost check in time to confirm. While understandable that they did not want people checking in before 3, our ride from the airport was over 30 min and we ended up having to wonder the city before so we wouldn’t have to sit at the airport and wait for proper directions. It was a little frustrating. There water never really got hot for a proper shower. It got warm enough for a quick shower.

Amplio, luminoso y bien ubicado

Es amplio y muy bien ubicado

Estuvo todo muy bien; pero por decir 2 cosas: el sofá tenía muchas manchas y aunque lo limpiaron se ve que no salía; y pedí una escoba que nunca llegó
