Завтрак отличный! Выбор на любой вкус. Классические турецкие завтраки (когда много всего -- сыр, оливки, салатики, овощи, хлеб и тд) и европейские -- картошка фри и сосиски. Особенно понравилось, что в меню был суп)) Номер большой. Отель расположен в самом центре Ризе.
На завтраках не хватало айрана и фруктов

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sowie Küche, Bad und WC waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm waren die bequemen und sauberen Betten. Die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders die Linsensuppe hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem Kaffee- und Teebeutel sowie zwei Flaschen Wasser – eine nette Aufmerksamkeit.
In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist.
Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sauberen und komfortablen Zimmern und einem sehr guten Frühstück.
Etwas schwierig fanden wir die Lage und die Anfahrt. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, in einer Seitenstraße mit teilweise sehr engen und steilen Straßen. Die Adresse bzw. der Hoteleingang ist daher nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Außerdem gibt es keine eigenen bzw. gesicherten Parkplätze. Man muss auf der Straße einen Parkplatz finden und das Gepäck anschließend zum Hotel tragen.
Manchmal war es im Flur etwas laut, wenn sich andere Gäste dort unterhalten haben. Das war aber insgesamt nicht besonders störend.

The property was okay and met our basic needs for our stay. The standout service was from the bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive.
The breakfast could be improved, and a warmer, more friendly level of service would have made our stay more enjoyable.
