外観から内装まで全体的に新しく、清潔感がありました。
設備も最新のものが整っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。
家具や家電も質の高いものが使われており、大変満足しています。
また、担当者の方の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、説明も細かく具体的だったため、安心して利用することができました。

軽井沢のメジャーなところ行くのにリッチよく
犬オッケーでも臭いも気にならなく
お風呂のジェットパスもよかったです
いわゆるフロントみたいなところがないので本当に予約されているか不安なところが評価1つ下げました電話が繋がりにくかったですが…対応はよかったです

お風呂が広くてとても良いです。
庭がとても感じが良かった。
場所的には特によかった。
アメニティがなかったのと家電製品があまりないのが残念です。
トースターとか洗濯機とかあると連泊のに便利だと思います。
