Concrete done good :)

Nice private villa Staff responsive and helpful Aircon worked well

Hot water very slow to load for shower and hardly no pressure, bed a bit hard and could do with a bin in the bedroom and not all the way in the bathroom Scooter / bike hire recommended as Kuta is spread out a bit

Nice, new villas, good location, friendly staff. service fell a bit short of expectations.

Unfortunately, they did not clean the villa on the second day of our stay, despite me asking for it to be done when we left during the day. by the time we returned it was after 8pm, and so it was too late for us to leave again to wait for it to be cleaned.

For the price of the villa, breakfast should be included but it wasn't. Forgetting to service the villa one day is not acceptable.
