Do you want to spend some time in freedom? If so, this is the perfect place for it. It is a very clean hotel with an excellent staff. I definitely recommend this place.

Piranca was a great host and so accommodating. We were greater on arrival with fresh juice and cold towels and it was such a delight. We took a cooking class with her and it was such a highlight! The whole staff was lovely and kind.
WiFi was spotty. Breakfast was tasty but portions could’ve been larger, coffee what you’d expect—kinda sludgy.

Amazing, stylish, well designed grounds and huts. Priyanka is on hand to organise everything you could want. For us she set up a safari for the morning after our check-in, gave us an incredible cooking course (the best food we've eaten in Sri Lanka - this is saying something!!) and such a cool experience. Special thanks also to Pradeep for being a legend. Amazing pool, even better service and even better food. Comfortable rooms, though if you are after soft mattresses and a duvet perhaps ask ahead of time.
Awesome location just out of town, right in the jungle, feels super safe and a fun and easy tuktuk into sigiriyia (all arranged by Priyanka).
We felt so looked after and at home.
Couldn't recommend more.
Nothing. Internet access patchy, nice
Oopourtunity to switch off and enough to Google bits and bobs but not good enough to work off etc.

The main advantages were the private cottage and the swimming pool on the property.
The hotel seems to aspire to be more premium than most accommodations in the area—it has a pool, private cottages, and is located away from the crowds. However, the quality we experienced did not fully match these expectations.
Many reviews mention outstanding breakfasts, but unfortunately we cannot agree. As Sigiriya was the last stop on our trip around Sri Lanka, we had stayed in many other places with a much better breakfast offer. Here, the portions were very small and the breakfast lacked variety. Considering the central location of Sigiriya near Dambulla, where there are many fruit and vegetable markets, we were surprised that almost no fruit was served. Because of this, many juices from the menu were also unavailable.
Due to the hotel’s remote location, we had difficulty getting a tuk-tuk there after sunset. The area is known for wild elephants, so many drivers were unwilling to take rides in that direction at night. On the other hand, the on-site restaurant—despite having a large menu—was not exceptional and was quite expensive.
The pool is a plus, but the sun loungers could definitely use repair or replacement as they are not in the best condition.
We also used the laundry service, but unfortunately our 5 kg of clothes smelled strongly of dampness afterwards, so we had to wash them again elsewhere.
Because of the very poor price-to-quality ratio, I probably would not return.
