Great breakfast spread, Attached pub, Beer on tap, Served by the swimming pool. Honestly I feel the images don't do justice. We were surprised with how great it was when we came. Maybe that helped with expectation management too. Best place to stay in Shimoga I would say
Honestly they were all round great.

It’s a beautiful property located inside an arecanut plantation. Big rooms, lovely landscaping, nice pool& spa , good breakfast. It’ s about 8 km from Shimoga town, on the airport road.
The bathroom may need renovation. The shower is good & everything works; but looks a bit old.
Towels are pretty worn out too.

The location is very near to Airport and lots of green all around.
The swimming pool and play area are also very nice. Food was tasty and healthy.
The room was not clean and ready to occupy. It was not mopped , not filled with toiletries, not removed the earlier food plates.
There was some waste water outside the balcony area that they couldn't satisfactorily explain the source of it.
I left the charger by mistake by they said all clear and didn't pick up or returned call when. Called to check that.
