The location is perfect. We can see the baloons from the ground very clearly

I liked everything, the staff were very friendly (especially the night receptionist). I chose the hotel to celebrate my birthday and everything was wonderful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious.
The wardrobe isn’t big enough

Lovely location and rooms look very nice
The WiFi was terrible in the ground floor rooms.
The pool was cold and couldn’t be used.
If you sleep into the early afternoon, they will not clean the room.
