Spacious, clean, and bright apartment, overlooking the inner courtyard (so it’s very quiet at night; a very important aspect in a city with many restaurants and terraces that stay open until 3 a.m.). It is located in a safe, central neighborhood, close to points of interest (10 min walk), close to train station Porta Nova (6 min walk).
The apartment has its own heating/hot water system, so you don’t have to worry about running out of hot water while showering.
There is air conditioning in both rooms.
Good communication with the host. The apartment wasn’t equipped with an iron and ironing board, but they were provided upon request. Grazie!
There is a €30 fee for late self check-in (after 10:00 PM)—a detail you only discover after making the booking and completing the online registration form. This information should be included in the apartment description. Since we arrived at 10:30 PM and had a long stay (16 nights), we were exempted from this fee.
The air conditioning unit constantly makes a sound like water draining, even when it’s turned off; furthermore, the central AC unit—located on the bedroom balcony—runs continuously (producing an extremely disruptive motor noise). After we left, they mentioned they would bring in an electrician to fix the issue. I hope they resolved it, as the apartment is otherwise very lovely and quiet (with the exception of this faulty AC).
The shower head needs to be replaced; it leaks even when you are only using the handheld shower hose, so you get your head wet.
Unfortunately, there is no option to store luggage after check-out; the only alternative is a late check-out, for which there is a charge (€50).
A suggestion: remove the air freshener from the room. Throughout our entire stay, there was a nauseatingly sweet smell (probably there was another device hidden inside the locked cabinet beneath the TV).
Another suggestion: provide new dish sponges. The one in the apartment had already been used. We had to buy a new one.

La posizione è centralissima e lo staff è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. L'appartamento è molto carino e funzionale, completo di tutto. Un punto extra aggiuntivo per il simpaticissimo portinaio del palazzo, Guido, che ci ha accolto dandoci utili informazioni sul condominio e sulla città.
La pulizia è migliorabile: in particolare il materasso, che andrebbe sempre ricontrollato tra un soggiorno e l'altro, e la muffa da trattare nel piatto doccia.

La casa era sporca con tanta polvere... Cartaiginica insufficiente..il divano letto scomodo .polvere ovunque (sotto il letto...nello scaldasalviette e nn parliamo dei condizionatori che avevano una patina di polvere indecente)
