Yuna Porte-Maillot - ApartHotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and pleasant. We arrived quite early, and the staff kindly offered to store our luggage so we could go out and explore the city before returning for check-in. The room was lovely, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates, and there was also a great selection of coffee, tea, and snacks in the room, which was a lovely touch. All the staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the city. Our room faced the street, but surprisingly, there was very little noise, so we were able to rest comfortably. Another great detail was that, since we had a late departure from Paris, the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, giving us more time to enjoy the city without worrying about our bags. We also felt that the value for money was excellent, especially since we booked in advance at a very reasonable price. When we checked the rates later, we noticed they had almost doubled, so we were particularly happy with the deal we got! Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful little touches, the comfort of the room, the excellent location, and the genuinely kind and professional staff made our stay truly enjoyable. We honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

That we couldn't stay another night

Very well located hotel, just 5minutes to the Metro and quick to get downtown. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafés. 15 min easy walk to the convention center. Very clean hotel, easy to contact staff if something needed and responded right away. Staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again next in Paris. Thank you!

Modern, new, comfortable hotel in a lively and safe part of Paris, close to Levallois and 7 minutes walking to Metro Louise Michel. the studio is not very big but very well planned and you have all the necessities you need. Good coffee machine is available in the lobby ( on top of the small one in the apartment) Double glass windows make the room quiet, even though you are on a lively street. Plenty of shops around you ( coffees, bakery, supermarket,)

The remote control of the TV was not working properly. You have no one to talk to if you need something or if you are checking out.

Staff over the phone, great. Staff member that I met at the reception (Moses), great!
