The hotel is up in the mountains, surrounded by the forest. It is extremely tranquile, and relaxing, perfect for a retreat. I wish we stayed for longer. The highlight is definitely the restaurant, which serves Polish food with little twists fitting with the global modern trends. Every meal we had was amazing, very tasty, and the prices were super decent. The spa area is cozy, and it's nice that we could order drinks from the restaurant to there. The room was also really nice with very comfortable beds. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and super attentive. We even got a package of tea as a goodbye gift, which was a very sweet gesture.
For the price we were expecting more from the spa, as it is pretty small and it got super crowded in the evenings. It would be nice to organise sauna rituals, maybe to have a swimming pool, or a thermal pool beside the jacuzzis. The rituals and massages offered are pretty expensive considering that the rooms are also very much on the pricier side already. It would have been nice to have some more pastries or similar things for breakfast, we found the options to be lacking a bit. They could also consider organising shuttles to Zakopane, as you need to either drive or catch a cab to get to town. Overall we felt that the stay was very nice, but quite overpriced for the experience we got.

This was the most exceptional place we have ever stayed and it was for our honeymoon. The hotel is set amongst beautiful woodland, it's peaceful, calm and wonderfully stylish. The bistro offered amazing food that was impeccable standard and great value for money. The rooms were homely, clean and of great quality. Every detail was carefully considered and very well executed. The spa was like a dream it was luxurious and well equipped and offered a place to relax and recharge after long hikes in the mountains. The massages are absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this place more. We were worried that with it being off the beaten path it would be difficult to get around but it's very well connected with Uber and we had no difficulty getting around without a car because of it. The attention to detail in everything was amazing. We cannot wait to return!
There was nothing we didn't like or enjoy. The only things (and this wasn't a big deal for us) was that our room was directly above the kitchen so we found it to be a little loud in the evenings. We would also have liked some body lotion in the room to use after showering but again, this is just a nice to have not a necessity

Amazing place with really nice staff. I really enjoyed the whole place and design. Nice choices at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend the massages, so relaxing and whole wellness. We were also happy to bring the dog with us. You can also buy nice things from the hotel like parfum for your home which is exactly the same amazing smell as they have at the reception. Thank you also for bday decorations and cheese plate to our room.
Opening hours for dinner should be a little bit longer - it's only till 9pm which is shame because there is no other option in walk distance and you want to sit on the dinner or after (there are no different seating option, you have to go to the room).
Relax place or quiet room is not so quiet. There are no doors, so you can hear opening the doors from the entrance to wellness part constantly during the busy hours and noise from indoor jacuzzi with the people or in our case - loud kid. Even that type of resort looks like adult only, it'ts not

Beautiful resort taken from ferry tales, great spa, great bistro, wonderful staff, magical atmosphere, amazing design and functional rooms.
Chalets have two floors which will require going up and down especially when there is only one toilet in the ground floor.
