The property that I stayed had 3 bedrooms that had great space, all with TVs- The living room was comfortable and the kitchen space was great to prep meals. We had a toaster, electric stove, coffee maker, a few pots and pans, full size refrigerator that makes ice. They provide paper towels, a small dish washing soap and sponges.
The cleaning crew were very kind and helpful when we requested some housekeeping services.
I recommend taking extra garbage bags, or perhaps larger ones. Also, get your own plates, cups and utensils if needed.
The Hotel has a cute little lobby that is very welcoming. They do have Valet parking, but street parking is also available ($1 per hr.) free street parking from 12:00 am- 6:00 am.
Elevators are quick and spacious, overall a great environment.

Great hotel!! The room was great. Having a kitchen made my 6 day stay there much better than having to eat out every meal. Nashville seemed to me to be a small city and everything seemed close by. My only issue was the cost of the parking. $54 a night plus tax and tip. The young men who manned the valet service were really wonderful but I did leave with a bit of resentment of the cost. I would love to stay again when I’m in Nashville but the parking fees which rival NYC prices are bothersome.

This property is in a perfect location! It is away from the hustle and bustle of broadway in the quiet music row, but close enough to get back and forth for a fun night out. The suites are very clean with a great, modern pool! I was concerned about parking as we didn’t want to pay the high priced valet parking cost. Throughout our stay, there was ample street parking and much cheaper to just pay by phone.

Very updated, loved the area close to Broadway but quiet. Our room was so nice and we loved having a full kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer
